Part-time Content & Product Marketing Generalist
Remote / India-friendly hours  | Part-time (~10-20 hrs/week)
TL;DR: Help us tell the story of an AI life OS that lives in WhatsApp & Slack. Part-time, flexible, hands-on. You turn messy ideas into content, not 40-page decks.
What Qordinate is (in human words)
Qordinate is an AI sidekick that runs over WhatsApp, Slack, email, and your existing tools.
It helps you:
- remember stuff
- follow through on things you said you'd do
- coordinate with people
- and generally unf*ck your life admin and work chaos
Less "notion-esque second brain", more "one chat where everything gets sorted".
The role (vibes)
This is part-time and freelance-ish.
You'll work directly with the builder(s), take rough ideas and:
- turn them into pages people actually want to read
- turn product moments into simple demo videos
- turn all of that into clips/posts that can live on LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
If you like early-stage chaos, shipping fast, and having a lot of creative say, you'll probably enjoy this.
What you'll roughly be doing
High level, you'll own content + light product marketing:
Explain Qordinate to different humans
Founders, ICs, productivity nerds, normal people who live on WhatsApp - in language they actually use.
Create written content
Things like: use-case pages, simple playbooks ("how I'd run my week on Qordinate"), short blog-style pieces, landing copy, microcopy for the website.
Support product demos & videos
Help plan and script short demos. If you're comfortable doing basic editing or screen-recording flows, even better.
Repurpose everything
Take the core ideas and turn them into social posts, email copy, Reddit posts/comments, etc.
Light SEO / structure brain
Nothing crazy - just enough to make pages discoverable: sane headings, internal links, basic keyword sense.
You won't be doing:
- giant market research reports
- managing a big team or agency
This is a maker role, not a "sit in meetings" role.
Who you probably are
No rigid boxes, but you might recognise yourself in some of these:
- 1-4 years doing content / product marketing / copywriting for tech or producty things
- You've worked at a startup, agency, or as a freelancer and shipped real work, not just case-study theory
- You're comfortable with:
- writing in a clear, casual voice
- breaking down a product into flows and use-cases
- tools like Google Docs, Loom, iMovie, Cursor, and equivalent AI based video tools
- You care about productivity / workflows / tools and have opinions about what's broken
- You can handle async work and don't need hand-holding every day
Nice-to-have (not mandatory):
- Have written for AI / devtools / productivity products before
- Comfortable posting and replying from a founder's account (with guidance)
Time & money
- Location: Ideally India-friendly hours; Bangalore is a bonus but not required.
- Time: ~10-20 hours / week (we can calibrate together).
- Comp: Part-time retainer, competitive for Bangalore / India market and your experience level. We'll discuss numbers openly once we see your work.
How to apply (via Qordinate itself)
We're doing this in a slightly weird way on purpose.
You'll apply by talking to Qordinate on WhatsApp.
If your answers + work look like a good fit, the humans will reach out for a quick call.
Why this might be fun
- You get to shape how an AI product is explained from almost the beginning.
- Lots of creative freedom, low bureaucracy.
- Direct access to the builders, not hidden behind 4 PMs and 3 managers.
- If we work well together, this can grow into a bigger, more permanent role later.
If this sounds like your kind of chaos, say hi to Qordinate and let's see where it goes 🙂
